INFORMATION
The Residence offers an online booking service through which you can book apartments for weekly periods. Once you have confirmed the availability of the apartments book your stay directly from the site, our staff will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
- The stay begins on Saturday at 17:00 and ends on Saturday after 10:00.
- Service is included in the weekly change of linen, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning.
- Extra change of linen € 8 per person.
- Baby cot 0/2 years on request.
- Pets are allowed on request.
- Upon arrival a deposit is required of € 250 deposit.
- It ‘requires a weekly supplement for extra bed € 50.

(The reservation becomes binding only at the moment of receipt of the notification of payment).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The reservation becomes binding for our structure only upon receipt of proof of payment of the deposit in case of cancellation of the booking will be deducted the entire amount of the deposit.
Check-in:
rooms will be available after 14.00, not later than 20.00 hours (though you can deposit your luggage in advance).
Check-out:
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure.
